Conference & Event Facilities
We offer flexible meeting and conferencing accommodation with a total of 10 rooms of various proportions spread between the main building and a purpose built block. Flexibility is ideal when there is a need for break-out sessions / multiple workshop and presentation areas. The rooms are split between the Main building and the purpose built block known as the Headingley Building. The largest suite of rooms (the Headingley) can accommodate up to 250 delegates when fully opened out. Prices range from £65 to £500 per day and daily delegate rates are available on request. Rooms are equipped with a wide range of audio-visual, presentation and computer equipment. The Headingley Building has an audio loop for the hard of hearing and we have introduced wireless internet access across the site.
Conference Rooms
The main building houses five separate conference rooms: They are called Epworth, Kingswood, District, Meeting and Stacey.
The Headingley Building houses five separate conference rooms: They are called Plenary, North, East, West and Kalandia.
