Terms
The following terms and conditions apply to the conference and accommodation facilities. Please read them carefully. You can also download and save a copy of our terms (see further down).
Conferences
Booking
We welcome conference bookings in person, by telephone, by mail, by email and via our website. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required within 14 days from the date that you make your booking to confirm. Bookings are not confirmed until your deposit is received. If no deposit is received then your booking will be cancelled. When your deposit is paid we assume that you have accepted our Terms and Conditions.
Invoicing
You will receive your final invoice after your event and this will show the total amount minus monies held on deposit. The balance is payable within 30 days from the date of your event. Failure to pay within this timeframe or without prior agreement will result in an additional charge of £5 per reminder, which will be sent every 30 days. Legal action may be used to pursue non payment.
Cancellation
Your attention is drawn to our cancellation policy: (days quoted are days from the confirmed date of your conference and the % figure is the amount of the anticipated total invoice that you will be charged)

Additional Charges:
We reserve the right to make addition charges should loss or damage occur to property by means of negligence, wilful act or default of any person.
Liability:
We will not be held liable in respect of any loss or damage howsoever caused. Parking facilities including disabled spaces are subject to availability and do no form part of the booking contract.
